This Thing Dances In The Sun

I find this 'flower' cute. At first I thought it's a toy. But then mom told me she bought it (or was it she got it for free somewhere, I can't quite remember) so I thought "it's not just a toy". What's interesting about this 'flower' is it wiggles in sunlight, meaning, it stays idle during night time 'coz obviously there is no sunlight time malam. Never seen a flower so lively as this one.
