Despite crashing out in the early stage of the KBU futsal tourney last week, I, continue to play street soccer, along with my FBEPS pals. To be honest, I never played street soccer as often as I do now. Besides, street soccer was not my favourite type of football due to the fact that having to play in a limited space, with no rules applied and of very high possibility of sustaining injuries. But then come to think of it, that's actually what street soccer is all about.
I find it funny. I was never into keeping myself fit before but now, sports complex is like a must visit at least twice a week. I actually feel so damn good about it. Among the things that motivate me to frequently jog and play street soccer are:
- to stay fit
- to prepare for the upcoming FBEPS friendly football match against other faculties
- to prepare for the upcoming Dean's Cup Futsal tournament
Well I just hope that my commitment in keeping myself fit doesn't stop as soon as the friendlies and tournament end. I'm starting to get used to doing serious sports now. I think its better if I just make it as my routine.
Oh ya..Before I end up my presentation, eh, posting (tebiasa udah presentation bah), I have come to conclude that:
- Raihan actually knows how to play football! And he's damn good! All this while, all I see was a gaming freak!
- Hirman is a very good dribbler, and a great finisher too
- Lim has played football in his past life before. The first time he played futsal, he turned into Patrice Evra!
END!!
