Tutong, KB International Doubtful For Thursday Clash

In what appears to be IPK FC's first competitive match, 21 years old Tutong International, Raihan is reported to be doubtful in making his appearance. The striker is nowhere to be reached to comment on the matter but reliable source stated that "lack of enough sleep and rest" might as well be the reason if he were not to play this Thursday.

The hardcore AC Milan fan scored a goal and won a third placed medal in the recent Deans Cup as an Xtra Joss player along with current teammates Hirman and Daus and has since then, established himself as one of the highest prospect in 'kampung football'.

"I will make sure that his name will be included in the squad and hopefully he can be included in the starting line-up as well. He is such an important player to us. Kalau ya nda datang abis! mmm~", said team captain, Daus M.

Meanwhile, Syazwan will make an almost certain return to the team for Thursday morning's match, only to start on the bench due to the lack of training with the club. Syazwan's inclusion is of no surprise, however, as "he is our best friend and a joy to be with, on and off the field", according to Hirman, one of the attacking trio that are expected to threaten the opposition's defense. The KB international is widely expected to play the right flank and despite being left-footed, "it is my favorite position", said Syazwan. However, he would be guarding the post if Amir doesn't come and report in for the match. Syazwan was a goalkeeper for Karabao, the team at the bottom end of the table, drawing only once and lost the remaining games, conceding 10 goals, recording only one clean sheet during a derby match with Red Bull that ended 0-0.

Asked why wasn't he training with the team all this while except for once last Thurday, Syazwan replied "jauh bah. Minyak lagi tu. Karang marah parents ku."

With Raihan doubtful and Syazwan only starts from the bench, it is widely thought that the attacking side will be much weakened, with Hirman the only attacking predator guaranteed to make a start out of the three.

Other big names that are just as doubtful as the two are the towering defenders Nazirul and Hafiiz due to "personal matters".

"With or without me and Raihan, I still believe IPK FC will still do just as good. We've got Daus marshalling the defense, Doze and Faadzil pulling out the tricks out of their hats and Hirman to rip off the opposition defense with his dribbling ability", Syazwan further added.
