Once Upon A Time In Miri: Part II

Hi fellow readers. Sorry for the lack of updates recently. I was really upset (and I'm still upset)pasal result exam UBD alum jua keluar ah plus there weren't much things significant enough to be shared in my blog *indakan meliat MTV seharian pun kan ku share sama kamu?*.

But now I'm back. I just got back from Miri right after the Maghrib call for prayer. I went to Miri yesterday (Monday, 5th Jan, time anak-anak baru start skulah, hehehe) with my hostel friends namely Ejat, Omar, Hafiy, Kay, and Juen and stayed for a day in Miri to fulfil our desire to shop *siapa cakap laki-laki inda bernafsu kan shopping?* Just like the Miri trip that I had with my FBEPS friends exactly a month ago, this trip was never short of fun and craze, except for the fact that kali ani kami inda melawat taman buaya. 

There are just too much to talk about to be logged here in a single night, although I wish I could. However, I would like to share with you guys some milestones that each of us achieve during our shopping spree in Miri:

• Omar- First time drive to Miri. Congrats Omar! He bought a pair of three-quarter pants and a t-shirt. It's a rare moment to actually see Omar spend on things other than food. Jimaaat~nyanta.
• Hafiy- Nothing unusual. He with his usual spending habit. The main highlight, however, was when he bought and wore his new blue skinny jeans. Biru nya macam biru uniform skulah menengah Muda Hashim di Tutong tu. p/s: Fiy, pinjam ah 'cd' atu lapas ko meliat. Lawa 'heroin' nya ah..Suka me..
• Kay- Also with his spending habits, particularly on clothes. Lotsa 'em! Adding to that, this was his first time ever coming down to Miri. That explains his spending spree, doesn't it. p/s: Kay, abis ko liat 'cd' atu aku minjam ah?
• Ejat- sama jua macam si Kay. Loves to spend on clothes as if diurang kan pindah ke bulan esoknya. 
• Juen- He spent on bag and stationaries for the upcoming semester. Ani baru ya bagus~
• Me- I too, was quite moderate in spending. Well, I brought less than hundred Brunei Dollars for the trip. Didn't have in mind of what to buy la katakan. I only bought a pair of Vans shoes and a polo shirt and managed to survive with only RM2 left in my wallet. Talked about being the richest among the 6 by the time we stepped out of Miri.....konon..

This is what happens when you shop all day long and finally get to the place you've been longing for. Nothing beats the Vanilla Cream Frappucino of Starbucks at that time.
