I gotta say that this week has to be my most active week. I involve myself with more sports and workouts this semester, far more than the last three semesters combined. I jog, play futsal and street soccer once in a while and not to forget my weekly football in KB.
I set up a new benchmark for myself in my jogging routine: 14 rounds around the track at the UBD sports complex. My best achievement so far, I suppose. Not bad for a guy who just started to jog seriously. Brapa jauh nya kan tu Daus? Payah bah alum tedapat Nike+ ani..
Added to that, I played street soccer as a brief preparation for the upcoming UBD futsal tourney.
And as a substitute for bowling (I couldn't make it to the ECA bowling 'coz I got other important thing to attend), I played pool (after a looong while) with my friends not once, not twice, nda jua 4 kali, but 3 time in 3 days (Well actually kami main malam plang). Struggled to rediscover my touch but then eventually I managed to. Pool is much of a game of focus and concentration as well as accuracy. So if you think you have what it takes, then this is the game I highly recommend for you.
