Today, according to my girlfriend, marks one year of our second 'perkenalan'. I don't get why she tends to remember this day. One thing I like about my girlfriend is she remembers dates very very well. She makes me feel old for not remembering things that she remembers. It's not as if we planned to contact each other at that time. But there is no doubt about the significance of that event though. Ever since that day, I rediscovered my optimum happiness. "Second? You guys knew each before?" Well, yes. I knew my girlfriend while we were in our final days of Secondary 4. We were couples for only 4 months (Time damit wah masih tu. Mana tahan lama). And tup.....tup....tup.....She with her Mr. and I was with my Miss (Kalau plural Misses ka?) since then for more or less 3 years up til exactly last year, when I decided to missed call ALL the girls in my phone book. I didn't manage to finish 'em all when she texted me and asked why did I missed call her?
Di kuntutkan cerita, two months later, we decided to give it a shot and became couple. Up til now lah tu..It's not our anniversary yet, though. But now that she told me that this is the first year we know each other, I kinda feel like today is our anniversary. I love you Huney. Happy first anniversary perkenalan kita.
