To be honest I'm not quite a Malay movie goer. Yesterday I went out with My Lady and she wanted to watch Syurga Cinta, a romantic comedy starred by Awal Ashaari and Heliza AF5. And I found out the movie was not bad either. An exceptional one of the many malay movies I've watched, I would say. Not a 'must watch' movie, yet worth your time and money spend with your other half.
+ve(s): Funny characters, especially the character by the name of Ikmal (the school kid in the poster). In my opinion a promising prospect in years to come. Heliza AF5 also exceeded my expectation as she really lives up the character really well. Not bad for a star discovered from a reality TV show Akademi Fantasia. Storyline is very well structured and carried out. A romantic comedy associated along with valuable religious teachings and messages.
